Refund policy

IMPORTANT NOTE

If your item is installed by anyone but us, we will not offer a refund for any damage/faults raised after installation. It is recommended that even though the product description may mention install is quick - you have a professional complete installation. The installer thus takes accountability that the item is installed to regulations and is "road safe" - that is not the responsibility of Project Rebel. Most items come with 3M tape pre applied or supplied with the item but it is always suggested that body silicone adhesive/body panel adhesive is also applied, especially pod lights + spoilers.

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. Please note that all returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at returns@projectrebel.co.uk. If your return is accepted, you will need to return the items at your own expense. We will respond with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
We have an extensive QC process and inspect every item prior to shipment to ensure quality is of the highest standard. That being said, it is recommended that you inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately (within 24 hours) if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If the damage is not reported within 24 hours, we have the right to refuse a refund.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items) and larger items such as Roof Racks. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Resale / Transfer of Ownership
Our warranty is directly with the purchaser of the item. Should you sell your vehicle/resale the items on - it will void any warranty and not be transferred to the new owner. 

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
